1. Our Service
Elegant Sip operates a coffee shop with online ordering and delivery services in Kampala, Uganda. We offer:
- Premium coffee, beverages, and refreshments
- Online ordering through our website
- Delivery to selected areas in Kampala
- Pickup service at our location
2. Account & Orders
Creating an Account: You can create an account or order as a guest. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Placing Orders:
- All menu items and prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX)
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or authorized
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if items are unavailable
- Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders honor the price at time of purchase
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Mobile Money: MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money
- Cash on Delivery: Pay when you receive your order
- Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard (when available)
All transactions are secure. Payment information is encrypted and processed safely.
4. Delivery Policy
- Delivery Areas: We deliver to most areas within Kampala. Check availability at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 30-60 minutes. Peak hours may take longer.
- Delivery Fees: Fees vary by location. FREE delivery on orders over UGX 50,000!
- Pickup Option: Choose pickup at checkout to collect your order from our location.
- Delivery Issues: Contact us immediately if there are problems with your delivery.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it
- After preparation starts, cancellations may not be possible
- If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us within 24 hours
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- No refunds for change of mind after order preparation has begun
6. Product Quality & Allergies
We take pride in quality, but please note:
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly
- Allergies: Inform us of any allergies in the order notes. While we accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free preparation
- Our coffee is sourced from local Ugandan farms (Mt. Elgon, Rwenzori regions)
- Fresh ingredients from trusted local suppliers
7. User Conduct
When using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Not use the service for fraudulent purposes
- Treat our delivery staff with respect
- Not share your account credentials with others

All content on this website (logos, text, images, design) belongs to Elegant Sip and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
